Been browsing the internet and read pros and cons of Netsuite Apps compared to 3rd party apps. I'd like to hear opinions please

Which apps?

WMS forsure. Im at a small company so not too many moving parts but our inventory and shipping processes are all hand written and I'm trying to get away from that asap.

I prefer to keep Netsuite lean and mean. Otherwise it evolves into a monolith.

I'm new to NetSuite can you give me some examples of your Lean and mean?

I am probably the exception, but I prefer to keep the G/L stripped down and then run as much as I can outside of it using serverless functions calling most things via the API. I use a combination of topics, lambda's, api-gateways, containers, and external databases. You can do a lot with the platform and I highly reccomend it, just be cautious about over customizing it.
