Anyone run into this before? On a vendor record in a certain role, a user is able to bring up the vendor fine, but clicking on the subtabs on the vendor does nothing and the actions menu and "paper" menu (whatever that's officially called) right next to it don't work, either by hovering or clicking. They were able to do this yesterday. This role has edit access to vendors. I had the user clear their cache, no change. I log into that role and am able to replicate this behavior. Super weird. Any ideas?

Try having them use the expanded view where all the tabs are below each other instead of next to each other Also edit the record and the tabs should respond
r
Good work-arounds, thanks. I'll have to see if they can access that expanded view thing since that whole bar seems to be "dead."
Ended up filing a case with support. The work-arounds get the users unblocked, but something wonky is definitely going on with this. No updates last night that I saw. something just broke. fun

Same here

Looks like Cory Weiner just posted a similar issue in the thread above. Is this the same NetSuite instance?
e
See this error in the vendor record, the error shows only when the tabs dont work
r
Ah so it's not just me. that's good. Might get fixed quicker then

I'm kind of surprised I'm only hearing this from one user then

Only A/P user in my company see this error. The default A/P role shows the same.

I don't know how I could be expected to move my eyeballs 2 inches. Seriously though, I completely missed that. It's not the same instance, nope.

we are having the same issue. everything works fine for the administrator role but not for custom roles

I'd recommend filing a ticket and referencing the defect @Patrick
