Important to note that this change removes the CMS Lazy Load setting in the config record. Now, all CMS content will be lazy loaded, which should improve performance and also means that the setting is now redundant (which is why it was removed).

@Steve Goldberg I am experiencing this still with a client who is on 2024.2, but an older version of SCA. There is an ongoing case, but curious if you have any insight on 2024.2 also being patched?

Just to clarify, is the 2024.1.2 the SCA release and not the Netsuite release version?
So this patch only applies to 2024 versions of SCA?

Keep your case open. I think the solution for SCA customers (other than "upgrade to the latest version") will be in the form of a patch, which will take time to produce.
