Has anyone experienced an issue where product/item images are not loading and they are seeing the “Image Not Available” image instead? Since around the time NetSuite was upgraded to 2024.2, approximately August 16, the Go2marine SCA website, which uses SCA Kilimanjaro, has been experiencing image loading issues with product/item images. The issue usually occurs for users in certain regions of the country. For example, it occurs for users in Florida and not Washington. For the past two years the Go2marine SCA website has been using Layer0 (now Edgio), a 3rd party caching service, to improve Google Core Web Vital measurements. Edgio support has reported that the NetSuite servers are returning HTTP 503 errors (the server is currently unable to handle the incoming requests) or 531 errors (failed to establish an upstream connection) when images are not loading. They asked if NetSuite is using a Web Application Firewall (WAF) that is throttling or blocking requests coming from the same group of IP addresses (the Layer0 caching servers). Unfortunately, NetSuite support or NetSuite will confirm or deny if they are using a WAF or if they are throttling/blocking requests. Has anyone experienced similar issues, know if NetSuite is blocking requests, has recently tightened security or implemented a WAF? I appreciate any feedback. NetSuite support is not helping resolve these issues.
