You parameter ID on your screenshot:
• `custscript_importreceipients` 
Must match your script parameter ID:
• `custscript_importrecipients`
If you updated that ID in the UI, NetSuite something do weird things like taking a few minutes for the update to be accessible etc, you can try deleting the deployment or the entire script record and create it again.
