On the topic of NS renewals...I know there are a ton of examples where they try to reduce the discount amount applied and all that, but has anyone had it where they raise the base price on items while retaining the same discount percentage? Seems a bit underhanded, no?

Thats called uplift and if your account manager isnt making their number its in the bag of tricks to get to it

As long as the base price is consistent across all new customers, this would actually be my ideal method for them to squeeze us for more money. Of course, I would prefer that we not be constantly squeezed for more money too, but at least that method would mean all NS customers are feeling the pain in a relatively equitable manner.
