is it possible to have this small parcel carrier field not auto populate? Our users are under the impression the SO will be shipped out via fedex everytime they see. Upon creating the SO this is already auto populated?

I don't know if that is auto-populating or just listing the first option maybe?

Is it possible to not have it list anything?

Sadly I am too new to NetSuite to confidently answer that question. You can probably delete the field entirely but I don't know what chain reaction that would have

Can you use a workflow to set it to null?

You can use a Workflow to set it to anything

Are you certain the field label isn't different in your instance? Isn't that just the 'Ship Via' field?

<@U02J587E725> ship via is actually the shipping method field for us

small parcel carrier seems to be the label for shipping carrier but that field is not accessible on the workflow as well
