has anyone done a customization for Bulk Order and Distribution Solution where a client reserves a portion of items in a Bulk Sales Order, and then as individual orders come in, they draw from this bulk reserve? I know NetSuite has a reservation feature, but it is my understanding that it only works on a Brand level. This client, however, needs to reserve by Brand, Customer and unique identifier. To use NetSuite's native functionality, it seems I’d need to create a segment value for every possible combination, which doesn't seem scalable long-term. It also seems like the re-allocate functionality in NetSuite is not scriptable, trying to find workarounds that have been done.
