in netsuite when i am opening records default results showing the detail's on the record in admin role, when i changed to other role and access the same records defult result showing only edit/View options only why it is?

Is the View at the top left the same for both roles?

I have given all role permissions

Not sure if Employee Center role can view employee records notsureifsrs
