Does anyone know why some of our orders with service type items are not automatically moving from pending fulfillment to billed? Netsuite says it should be automatic

Does the item have a preference set for "Can be Received/Fulfilled?"

no, that was the first thing we checked. 😕
If we edit/save the order, it will actually go forward as expected, but it shouldn't require any manual intervention
at least it didn't used to be like this

i just tried to replicate and it went straight from pending fulfillment>pending billing. also hi ted lmfao
what is it saying under the system info

yeah, I can't replicate it in sandbox by making orders, but we just noticed some failing to go. system info doesn't show it going to pending billing
we ticketed with Netsuite

can you report back with what support says because i'm curious how it's possible without some kind of deferred revenue rule or idk

we suspect bug, but sure

we only saw 2 in the whole year that this happened to, so it's not consistent
