Hi guys!cat blush I was wondering if anyone has dealt with cleaning up custom reports before, unlike saved searches, I dont know of a way to see when they were run last. Is there a way to see if custom reports are being utilized?

You can run a saved search of reports, or view the audit trail individually which can give you some info, but I don't think you can see when the report was last run, or by whom, like saved searches. TBH for reporting a lot of these things are stuff that's run like once a year anyways, but super critical, so a lot of times not worth the effort/hassle. I did do one big report cleanup at one place I admin'd via scream test, by just pulling access to all the reports I thought needed to be deleted and then waiting 1 year.
