Is it possible to copy the value of a header field on Inbound Shipments to the related PO lines via WF?

I have not found a way, whether you go with a Inbound Shipment workflow or a Purchase order workflow, will be following this thread as I have a similar project on my plate, looks like a script might be the only options.
