Looking for a Temp NetSuite Accountant. 3 days a week onsite Tues-Thurs (Greater Philadelphia Area) fixed assets, netleases, bank reconciliations NetSuite Accountant Duties to assist • Trial Balances: Assist in uploading the data for all Non NetSuite (NS) entities into NS on a Monthly basis (11 trial balances) June 2024 and going forward - 4- Hyde Park (6 TBs- to be consolidated into 4 in NS) - 1- Radcliffe- - 1- Luxury in Reach - 5-DTB companies – (DBT Intl, 15HO, DB Operating, MRSA, SIMR)- will be done indefinitely since not going into NS • Credit Card Payments: Reconciliation of credit card payments to Adyen vs NS due to Blue Onion currently not integrated for August month end and possibly September month end. Also include recording credit card fee entries for each account • Accounts Payable: Assist in entering AP bills due to reduced hours of AP intern (was working 25-30 hrs a week) down to 12 hours a week • Customer deposits application on a weekly basis for the AR Aging. Ensure there are no duplicate customer deposits entered into the system from Sales Force to NS • Returns/Refunds- Assist in manual process NS returns - done by finance team. New process - must do the return in one area and then do the return of inventory in another. Old system- returns done automatically. • Cost Adjustments: Help audit cost adjustments globally to ensure correct currency is used. • Bank Reconciliations: While team is working on prior month bank recs, assist in reconciling current month activity more timely to identify any incoming payments not attached to a sale or deposit. • Customer AR: Apply customer balances to invoices that are in NS as a deposit in AP (New process) • Intercompany: Assist in clean up of prior period intercompany differences prior to Go Live (May 2024 and prior). Familiar with entering advanced intercompany journal entries in NS. Let me know if you or someone you know would be interested.
