Is anyone aware of why I would not be seeing an option to “void” a payment. I have an option to “delete”, but would rather not go this route.

Should have a void button. A few things I can think of to check (but I'm sure there's a lot more it could be): • permissions • button is moved into the "more actions" area on the form • workflow or script is removing the void button (check customization > scripting > scripted records) • Have seen instances where the void button is only visible in Edit or View mode. Double check both of those.
