Hello, Once in a while, we need to keep inventory of the same Item number, but different revisions. I always ask them to create a different Part number, but Supply Chain is against doing that. • Is any of you having this issue and the same request from your team? • How are you handling that? Maybe make it a lot numbered item?

I suggested the same thing and they don't want that. I don't have any other options.

you could consider inventory status as well, but once you turn that on you can't turn it off...it would give you some additional segmentation without the lot control setup
