How are we suppose to handle the Permission Violation: You need a higher permission for custom record type SC Configuration to access this page. Please contact your account administrator error? Is this happening in Sandbox and Production environments?

It appears to be happening in sandbox accounts and test “tstdrv” accounts, but not production accounts. I only have access to one sandbox & production account.

Yeah... at least is not production lol... and do we know if Netsuite is going to release any fixes for Sandbox enviros? 😞

I don’t know. The article that Mike posted: https://netsuiteprofessionals.slack.com/archives/C29HR0BFG/p1723917906065379 explains the changes that NetSuite made. The “SC Configuration” custom record type needs to be updated to set the new fields for external & unauthenticated user access. Unfortunately, the custom record type is locked, so we can’t change it. NetSuite needs to update the bundle.
