This is an odd one. I have a user that is only able to log into netsuite on certain computers. They can log in on 3 different computers, but not the other 4 shared computers. Has anyone ever experienced this before? We've reset his password multiple times, and i've even tried it myself. It's legitimate.

what happens when he tries on the others?

invalid password or email error. Clearing cache and trying different browsers have the same result.

when he enters his email/pw in those shared computers where its failing, does he type it out manually or use the saved/prefill login info

are all machines in the same physical location on the same network?

does NS limit the number of machines a user can use to login within XYZ timeframe?

We have 3 different buildings with checkout stations, and he also has a desk computer
