I had a customer call in one time saying that he ordered a certain product and he received it broken due to our poor packing job in our warehouse. The product he was talking about was a rarely sold item, so I pulled up that item, it hadn't been sold in over 6 months, so I asked him when he bought it, and he swore it had only been a week. I pulled up his account, he had never ordered that item. I asked him how he paid for it, it was on his credit card, I asked him to check his statement to see when he bought it. Turns out, he ordered the item from a totally different company.
