We have three sandbox accounts for which I always request a Release Preview without any issues. However, for the 2024.2 release, the sandbox with our most complex integrations for go-live will not complete the Release Preview process. NetSuite has identified this as a defect and is currently investigating the issue. Has anyone else experienced problems with creating a Release Preview instance? In my 10 years as an NS Admin, this is a first.

Yes, I've had the same issue with 2024.1 release for one of our sandbox accounts. I think it was over a week before it was resolved.
