Just to explain my screenshots: A client uses the Netsuite Bank Payment app. They have multiple subsidiaries, and all users are restricted to one subsidiary. Today, they asked me how possible it is to have records in the system information log showing users from different subsidiaries were making changes. I learned that lesson: never say to clients that it is not possible🙂.
The result of the investigation is that, at the same moment, two users started on different PFA record processes to create payment files. It is a scheduled task that initiates a map-reduce script. The system has a bug (I don’t know what is possible) and evidently put the wrong information in the system log, The things became worse when they showed me the e-mail notification went to the wrong person.
For me, a huge bug.
