"Could not calculate cost for the selected Realtime rate. The UPS Online Realtime Rates System is temporarily unavailable." US UPS integration seems to be down for calculations on transactions.

I've had a couple users report the same. They just moved the UPS integration over to OAuth, but even after configuring that, we're seeing this sporatically.

we are having issues also

It's working on my site -- but going extremely slow.... 12-30 seconds for shipping rate lookups. Feels close to timing out / crashing. We just went to OAuth last week. It's clear NetSuite wasn't as prepared as possible.
PS, make sure you report in a support ticket to NetSuite. They drag their feet on issues like this. Until enough people report/complain, the squeaky wheel gets no grease.

from calling UPS API, it could be anywhere between 30 min. to 4 hours, but "they're aware of the issue and working on it."
n
we don't use it for rates, only for shipping labels. Had issues with Oath tokens expiring since we set it up, finally had a defect filed and it appears they may be working on it.

Additionally, I'm getting a new error message: "Could not calculate cost for the selected Realtime rate. Token refresh failed. Try again or re-register your carrier account." But when I try and refresh the connection, it fails to login to UPS 🥲

This new UPS OAuth integration is still problematic for me. The tokens will abruptly expire for no reason. I rely heavily on UPS real-time rates for our Ecommerce site, and when this happens it removes all of our primarily shipping methods from the cart and checkout. It destroyed my sales this past Saturday. Anyone else dealing with this?

Yes, my defect was filed U3 on 8/2 and still no update. 80% of issues resolved within 11 days, just about to that point.
