Hi All. Has anyone tried contacting NS Support for the mass Item's GL Account update?
I have just contacted NS Support. It is possible through defect filing. --- We do have another option which is to update COGS account of the item by filing a defect for this concern. However, the change will be retrospective; meaning, transactions that are in a closed period will also have their GL impact updated to the new account, but this should not trigger any inventory costing recalculation. This do not cover the following: a. Kit Items b. Child Matrix Item c. Shipping Items ---

I'd try this in Sandbox to see if it will even work. I did that and I got some error when trying to change it.
