Match bank data question - customer has issues with match bank data where the bank files on the foreign subsidiaries only have files uploaded in bank feeds up to July 23 whereas the main subsidiary has transaction files as of yeasterday July 29. The set up is correct and there are no errors in the import file history. does anyone know if the issue is within netsuite and if so is there a way to guide me in the right direction? or is it possible the error is with in the banks?

Is it actual bank files uploaded or is it via a Bank Feeds integration? If that latter, some banks do take a long time to post transactions unfortunately. A week seems particularly long but a weekend was in the middle

apparently the bank connection had only re-established for parts of the banks in the connectivity configuration and the customer needs to re-establish all account whereas they only did it for parts of the accounts. #problemsolved
