Just got a very depressing response to a support case today (not Netsuite, another vendor), paraphrasing:

The logic here makes as much sense as my kids shutting the closet door, then opening it the next day surprised that it didn’t organize itself.

Since PBXs were invented we start suffering via navigating crazy automated answering machines/phones menus that takes us to nowhere and today we have almost no human answering the phones anymore. The same but even worse is going to happen with AI.
