as an ex-NetSuite PS member, I can vouch that there are knowledgeable folks on both teams. NS does a pretty poor job of training though, so your experience can be pretty bad if you get a newbie who is essentially learning on your account. (Note: newbie isn't meant to designate age, but just new to NetSuite)
