quick question. this is an item we buy in EACHES but sell in packs of 12. it looks like the weight reflects the weight per pack of 12, but the length/width/height...should we input the individual l/w/h or the sell unit?

The item length, width and height are not standard fields in NetSuite. You would need to check with whoever created these fields, how they should be used.
