Hi, is anybody getting sandbox refresh issues? I've being going on three weeks with repeated failures. Despite Oracle's intervention, it keeps failing.

yes, we have had multiple problems this year with refresh taking almost a month. support pre-emptively closes our tickets while we are still "Delayed" too. Extremely aggravating since we prefer to refresh once a month for UAT.
