Hi, is it possible to group invoices using invoice group at parent customer level? I wanted to consolidate all child customer invoices into one parent customer invoice group. Currently, NS only allows grouping within the same customer record. Is there any other way to achieve this?

No, As per NetSuite standard we can group invoices with the same customer.

You can create a custom "Ship To Customer" field to tag the child customer, and bill the invoice against the parent customer

The things is it needs to be billed on child customer and reflects on the A/R, but it needs to be consolidated on the parent customer.

Then you would need to look at consolidating some other way. Simplest would be a saved search with PDF template to create a custom grouped invoice
