Hi good morning 🙂, question when receiving a transfer order it allocates the qty and commits to the oldest order in that location for that item, what is the feature or setting causing this? Can we modify this Netsuite functionality?

I'd take a look at Accounting Preferences-->Order Management-->Sales Orders and review your Default Commit Option settings.
