Hi! We have a system from which we import vendor bills. I’m getting “this record already exists”. The external ID we are passing from the other system is not in Netsuite, I have exported a raw list of all transactions with external ID and it is not there. We don’t have it as reference number too. Anyone with an idea?

Check the external IDs on all transactions.
