i have a workflow that sends out a email from one of our internal emails - but when one tries to reply to it - it goes to the Netsuite email. Anyway I can force the reply to email to be the same as to where it was sent from?

I guess there is an option available in Netsuite to catch email reply and need to be enabled.
Please check that to you have setup your domain correctly in Netsuite
If you are sending these email from transaction directly then reply to these email will be captured automatically under communication tab on respective transaction

Hi Amtoj, I think you should set up "domain key" under Setup > Company > Email Preferences. Then you need to wait couple of hours (maybe even 24h) after that the sender email address will be the actual email address of your internal email. Without this setup the sender email address is something like 'no-reply@netsuite-system.com'
