is this possible via script : break down all assembly in a certian location

If by break down, you mean disassemble, I've found you get odd things happening with stock allocation when you unbuild - deleting the related assembly build gives more predictable behaviour. That being the case, it may hinge on whether you can create a search which shows the related build for any stock on hand.
