Anyone this morning in NA East seeing REST or SOAP timeout issues?

No REST issues here and we are not using any SOAP integrations.

Thanks @Josh Godfrey It's hit and miss for sure. I'm seeing most operations fail with the error "Remote host closed connection during handshake" I may try updating the WSDL to a more recent version.
