Hey Guys, I am trying to send out an email from NetSuite using n/email module. I want to send it from an custom email id which is not available in NetSuite and I dont want to use an employee record to send it. Any ideas how we can send out the email without using the employee record in suitescript

I think you may be looking at a third party sendmail service

Just curious as to why you would not want to create the fake employee to use the email address?

just make a dummy employee and use that. Email address doesn’t have to be real.

Yes thats what I suggested to the users but they dont want to create an employee in NetSuite somehow it affects their 401k process and it is not aligned with the compliance to have a dummy non employee record in the database
