When starting WOs from other WOs (applied / applying transactions), the link to the preview image (a custom field) on the overlying WO is included, if the item does not have an image attached. (The preview picture, is located on the concerned assembly item) The problem is: If an item does not have an image attached to it, at least a wrong image should not be displayed on the WO - this is very misleading. I have been trying to fix this problem, but it seems like native netsuite just takes the overlying picture when there is non available for the concerned item. How do i fix this problem? It seems like its native Netsuite that does this, how do i work around this?
