Hi! Need help.....After clicking 'Refund' on a Credit Memo and then when we click Save on the Customer Refund record, NetSuite is giving following notice/error: "Setting entity on GL line with account of type AcctRec is not allowed for book-specific transactions". What could be causing this issue?

sounds like something is attempting to set entity for Accounts Receivable and that's a default behavior NS won't let you override
