field to

Drop Shipment

but it fails with: You have entered an Invalid Field Value Drop Shipment for the following field: createpo

Try with DropShip

I don't get the error but the PO is not created

what if the order is already approved?

what does your attempt look like

If it is already approved, it will not generate the PO. You will have to click on Drop Ship link on the SO line.
