I had a sandbox refresh recently, and what has happened is that many things I developed in the old sandbox which were bundled into production, are now in suitebundles folder instead of suitescripts since it is just a duplicate of what was in Production. This is really annoying when I want to do further development in sandbox I know bundling is considered the deprecated way of getting things over to production, but is there any way to prevent this, so I don't need to redo all my deployments to point to the suitescripts folder?
