IF you need actual dynamic translation (and it's for a large number of things) that will be hard. You'd likely be limited to some sort of web-based API or library that used some automated translation method. However, those translations tend to be quite poor in terms of quality. Good translation really requires human thought, as they are human languages and every language follows different conventions and rules so there is almost never a straightforward way to translate things word by word, or even phrase by phrase.
However, I'm not sure why you'd want to translate a customer name. Generally company names are registered and incorporated as is. People's names are their proper legal name. Even if you can translate the words in a company's name (sometimes possible) or a person's name (much less likely), the result would be something that doesn't exist, a name in the target language that doesn't refer to any actual business or person.
We do translations in a lot of our emails and templates, however company names are one things we do NOT translate, and probably would never want to, for the reasons mentioned above. What is the use case or reason for wanting to translate the company name?
Probably the best way to do this would be to create a custom Entity field called Arabic Name, then have someone manually populate those or use a CSV import, to set them to whatever value you want. That gives you more control, and doesn't rely upon a poor quality automatic translation.
