Has anyone seen an error related to "item_machine"? I am trying to add an item to a sales order and I cannot figure out why it wont add. At first I thought it was because the SalesOrder was not approved but cant figure out why. My dev instance doesnt have this issue but our sandbox does, which leads me to some sort of configuration issue but they seem to match on enable features, accounting preferences, and approvals.
