I'm getting the text of `timezone` on the location record. Does the GMT+/- part get updated due to daylight savings time?
I'm passing the timezone string from the location ("GMT+1", "GMT-2:30", etc) through to Freemarker to use for the <https://freemarker.apache.org/docs/ref_directive_setting.html#:~:text=time_zone%3A%20The%20name%20of%20the%20time%20zone%20used%20to%20format%20times%20for%20display|time_zone setting>.
