this is my map/reduce script and when i click debug this shows in debugger, and it doesnt load i dont understand why?

Unfortunately, map/reduce scripts are not supported by the debugger. The fact that the button shows is pretty horrible design.

If you're using map/reduce scripts - maybe it's time to start using SuiteScript 2.1 so you can start using let instead of var too? (amongst other niceties)
