Does anyone know if NS made and changes to the Records Catalog permission recently? I had a custom role accessing the records Catalog this morning, then all of the sudden they got a permission error this afternoon. Don't think this is tied to any company wide settings.. Can't explain why/how they were able to access this morning..
• No changes have been made to the role since last year
• No changes made to global permissions on that specific user
• Role was in fact missing the Records Catalog permission
