I have a weird problem when updating fields in Netsuite via a Soap Service. We are udating fields via a synchronize function in the CAD software we use, which uses the soap web service to access the fields. We have not defined that the purchase description should be updated in the synchronization tool, and we have even removed the option completely. But whenever the soap service is activated and changes the concered fields that we choose, it for some reason also changes the line breaks in our purchase description and types them as <br>, which is quite annoying.. Has anyone an idea on what could cause this? We are almost 100% sure that its not the soap service, but it is on the netsuite site the problem is occuring, because we did not tell our soap service to touch the purchase description field
