but if you really wanted to connect, you would use "orderline" on the invoice to find the original line on the sales order

Hello, as per checking do not see the "orderline" on the xml of the invoice. the &lt;line&gt; between the SO and invoices are different

load the record in suitescript and inspect it instead

that xml view does not show everything suitescript has access to

also keep in mind that there is a difference between the id of the line and the sequence number of the line
