yes I did, their demos were horrible, they scheduled another one next week. We did look in to Vena, which seems quite good

I had a client using Vena and they really like it. I used PBCS at my company a few years ago and the upkeep is very high. We had to hire a consulting firm to manage the tool because it was too complicated to manage in house (we were a small biotech with ~75 employees).

Same experience, we got rid of PBCS/NSPB due to manual maintenance requirements.

We have NSPB and really like it. We moved off Adaptive about a year ago because their integration kept breaking. We looked at Vena too, but were not impressed

Yeah we got it and are already regretting after seeing all the maintenance needs. They sold us on the fact that it was directly connected with Netsuite. It clearly is not as straightforward as they said.

Hopefully it gets better once you are implemented! Ours is pretty straightforward maintenance wise especially vs what we had with Adaptive. Best of luck!
