@Craig You should be setting the ID or Short name, I don't remember from the top of my head.

Yeah, will have to do a search to match what’s coming from an external firm with the text value on NS to get the ID maybe.

IIRC country must be set with the short name (country code) on address records (and states are internal id (number) in the typical fashion)?
