Is there any limitation on the images folder in the file cabinet in NetSuite? And if we want to create a subfolder within the images folder and show the images from that folder on the website, is that possible? This is because in the website record, the path is defined for the images folder, and we can select the path of only one folder at a time. I am asking this question because we have uploaded over 86k images in the images folder in our NetSuite, and now it is not allowing us to upload extra images. So, we thought of creating a subfolder within the images folder. We created the subfolder, but the images from that subfolder are not showing on the website.

I've not heard of that limitation. What error do you get when you try to upload more images?
j
There is no error message, but when we try to upload a file, it processes for a while and then the status changes to "failed."

I see. Well, I can't really advise on how to fix this. Sometimes it's because the ZIP file hasn't been encoded properly, eg because you used a compression mechanism / application that's not compatible with the file cabinet.
If the problem persists, open a support case

I am able to upload the same zip file in the subfolder, but I am not able to upload same zip file in the images folder. So, this should not be an issue related to encoding or something like that, right?
s
Yeah that would make sense. I don't have any other advice for you

Thank You for that 🙂
