Has anyone had this experience? I have one script deployment that although scheduled as attached just doesn't run? I have many other scheduled scripts that deploy with no issue. I also tried deleting the script and deployment and recreating a few times.

I believe the way you have that configured means it will run every day, but will not start until 4pm, then run every 15 minutes until midnight, then wait until 4pm the next day to begin running again.
