Does anyone have experience connecting SuiteAnalytics to Tableau? We have the ability to export the data and then upload it to Tableau, but I would like for there to be a live connection that would update Tableau as SuiteAnalytics' workbooks update in NetSuite.

You could license SuiteAnalytics Connect and use ODBC/JDBC to pull live data in Tableau. But performance will be dismal without some form of data warehousing solution. I'm currently playing around with something using integrator.io to export flat files to S3 and then using the AWS Athena connector in Tableau. (There is also an S3 connector in Tableau but apparently not compatible with Tableau version at my company).

Is SuiteAnalytics connect slow?

In my experience it's the fastest option for data replication but horribly slow when it comes to more complicated queries you will want to run live in a BI tool

thank you both! I'll give SuiteAnalytics Connect a try. Is this something we have to get NetSuite to add to our license? If so, any idea what the cost is like?
